It's Tumblr Tuesday!

For this week’s Tumblr Tuesday, I thought I would list three blogs I follow and explain why I follow them, and why you should too ;)

The Loudest Voice

First of all, it’s a blog about Silent Movies, and that in itself is awesome. But what sets this one apart is the hyper intelligent and kind person behind it who gives brains to what could just be pictures of silent stars and screen caps. I’m always learning something new from her, and it’s always fascinating!

Historiful

This bloggess has a passion for the past, and it shows. Her enthusiasm flows from the page, causing you to be just as excited about her post as she was when posting it. Clothing of the period, Silent Stars and history goodness are just a portion of what’s on Historiful.

Bits & Bites

Evocative, provocative, and informative, the lovely BillyJane’s blog is like black and white candy for the eyes. Her breadth of knowledge of photographers, photography/artistic movements and the obscure are invaluable. I particularly drool over the Man Ray, Drtikol and Ballet Russe posts! Also, anyone with a passion for Weimar era anything is after my own heart.
